Hi Jill,

The Wedding Dress arrived safely at teatime yesterday! My Husband and I have now had a chance to undo the box and have a look. It's great! I would like to say that the whole service has been very professional. It is very reassuring to have had yourself as a contact from the start, as it makes it much more personal and also you feel there is someone at the end of the telephone to talk to if you have any problems. The packaging was excellent. Care had been taken to ensure that the box arrived in pristine condition and I am very pleased with the choice as it compliments the dress very well. The dress was displayed beautifully and looked as fresh and as vibrant as the day I bought it.

Overall, an excellent service from start to finish! Thank you very much!
